To You the Life of all the living
to You the Strength of all my days
to You the Essence of my being
I sing eternal song of praise
I want to sing of being found
of wanting life for the first time
of joy of being heaven-bound
and knowing heaven dwells inside
Of burning with Your holy fire
oh, it's a lovely way to burn
to share Your light and warmth with tired
wayfaring, sad and lonely souls
As burning bush that doesn't wither
As dead awakened by Your name
